Agree with every word - Ive had several refunds & replacements from Amazon - once ( during lockdown) the original order came after the replacement had been received, but they didnt want it returning, so I had two.... I get excellent service from Amazon.es

On the few occasions I’ve had a problem with both Amazon U.K. & Spain, they have been extremely efficient . Last week had four items to collect from an Amazon locker. I collected three, went to the screen to select to open the final locker and the screen had blacked out. My whole order was marked as delivered so the code to open the locker was invalid. Used the contact us button on the bottom of the web site and sent them an email in English explaining the problem. A reply in English came back within a couple of hours, my account had been refunded and I was asked to reorder the item.
