A simple Google search turned up this information:
You could exchange your pesetas for euros up until June 30, 2021

I was just hoping somebody has found a way.

I wouldn't be rich .on it .

I would have thought that the obvious answer to your question, would simply be to pop into your local bank and ask..
I have a feeling it is possible still to change, but cannot remember how it can be done. Sorry ! But good luck anyway.
