I don't know if you have a Dialprix near you they definitely sell frozen cranberries.

Look for "Los arándanos". Often fresh (nr me) eg: Consum. Not seen frozen.

Hi you might get them on the coast or Carrefour, Mercadona do dried ones, if that’s any good
