The Hoover brand is widestly unknown in all over Spain, same as General Electric. Try at TIEN 21 or Media Markt but there's little hope.

Hi, in Aspe there's Expert Gras and Tien 21, there's a big Carrafour at Elche, Mediamarket which is right near it... Hope this helps :)
