Frequency of Buses and Trains.

Can anyone please tell me if the local Busses and Trains are frequent in the Benidorm and surrounding areas this time of year? ie Jan/Feb.

I have never tried the trains but the buses are excellent. 1.50 flat fare for wherever you are going. They do however, sometimes pack them like sardines.
