Wanted: Plastic dustbins

Hi Jan.
Is there anyway I can find out for definite if we can purpose the plastic dustbins which I've uploaded a picture of.
It's for the Fancy Dress day on Fiesta week.
I could really do with knowing 100% they are available as that forms the main part of our Costume so as you've probably guessed we are Cream Crackered without em.
