If the premises can cater for 50 or over then you will need to show your covid passport. If it is an outside event then passports are not required.

You are still required to wear masks when entering bars, restaurants, shops and Farmacia. You can remove your mask once you are seated. If you are moving inside the bar then you need to wear masks.

Have a look at the N332 Facebook page dated 2nd December 2021 as there was an item showing the newest rules and regulations for the Comunidad Valencia.

I am pretty I read and heard the president say + or  above 52.. Maybe that is a unique figure that determines something about a cafe, bar, discotheque or certain type of restaurant - snack, cafeteria, etc..in Spanish law..  Square meters maybe??

As for your comment on exterior - all festivals - music, art, history you have to show you passaport - no matter if interior or exterior a mask will need to be worn if it is standing only or a 1,5m distance cannot be maintained - this does not include people from the same household within that 1,5m diametre.

Also, you cannot remove your mask once you are passed the entrance of an establishment using your EU covid passaport.

When sitting interior eating or drinking you are required to replace your mask when not doing the said activity..Having a drink in front of you or a plate of food is not a reason to not wear a mask...If in doubt, please read the law, not a suggestion from the government but a law - it is there, on the internet for all to read in black and white with the fines(€) for non compliance.
