Looking for a job: Bricklaying

Hi I’m thinking about moveing to Benidorm I’m a bricklayer with 21 years exsp.is there construction work building work and bricklayer jobs out there

There are many Spanish construction industry tradesmen out of work at the moment in Benidorm as the industry is still on it's knees after the crash.
Can you speak Spanish good enough to understand safety requirements and regulations?
Do you have an NIE number.?

You need to stop reporting false news, read the local news in Spanish and-or watch the news as the Alicante region has had for a few quarters now the highest percentage of applications for new builds and sales of property in the whole of Spain.
I sure hope that the OP doesn't go by your reasoning that all the work or job opportunities will only be in Benidorm. This is a big region. To live in Benidorm, Yes, but to expect to only work in Benidorm doing what he does is ignorance and will end in failure.
I would suggest getting your nie number before you make the move at the local embassy.

Ray....The OP implied in his original posting that he wanted a bricklaying job local to Benidorm.
Yes Ray...building work is just not happening here (or minimal) and that is often confirmed to me from local building tradesmen. So to me, and my own opinion is that the industry locally is on it's knees!!

Thank you I’m out there Xmas and will take alook around then if do, I’ll make the right arrangements with embassy to allow me to live and work there thanks for your advice and pointers x
