Looking for a job: Cuisinièr/ Cook
Good evening. Sorry for dérange. We are 2 cooks/ cuisinièrs ( but possibly just one). The main directions are French, Italian, fast food and tapas. In our last restaurant, emphasis was placed on the variety, 5 directions of daily specials: mijoté (stew), Belgian cuisine, pasta, around the world and fast food.
and every week several salads ... Caesar with poached egg, Asian salmon and white noodles, Greek, etc.
2 types of burgers (with chicken chop, with duck fillet with sweet-spicy sauce, à la mexiquain (guacamole, tomato / coriander / chili salsa) à l'italiane (coppa, pesto green or red, aprla) , végé.
Have experience in Spanish kitchen also : classic paella with chicken and seafood, chicken stewed with chorizo and vegetables, and calamari with vegetables in white sauce. The main focus of my work is meat and fish dishes with classic french and other sauces: moushrums, 3 peppers, Béarnaise, berdouille, béchamel, roquefort, truffle , BBQ, cheesee,and others, vinaigrettes / salad dressings, cold sauces, and desserts.
We live in Belgium, and wanna come working on the season in Span, maybe move.
