Unfortunately I would suspect your wallet has been stolen with a very slim chance of it being returned. Cancel all cards immediately and report the loss to the National Police, 36 Calle Apolo X1, Benidorm 03502. You need to make an appointment in advance and take someone along who speaks fluent Spanish if you don't. I would also advise you to write a statement of what happened before you attend the appointment (in Spanish) listing all contents including the issuing banks of any cards lost. By doing this it will save you alot of time with the police and they will appreciate it.  This is the process I had to follow when my wallet was stolen last year.
