Seeking studio/1 bed long-term rental

Hello, can anyone help please? I am seeking a long term rental under €200, either a studio or one bed. I'm using all the usual online resources but I know that some cheaper places are only advertised or known about locally.
I lived in Alcoy last year and enjoyed it but now would prefer to settle down closer to the coast and will consider most towns along the Costa Blanca and even up to Gandia; I know the areas around Torrevieja, Alicante, Benidorm well. My main criteria is to be located somewhere with half-decent public transport links, and within walking distance of a health centre and a few shops.
