Can anyone recommend: a handy man that know how to soundproof a wall in benidorm

You need more than a handyman for that - you'll need an acoustic engineer.

to be fair all you need to start with is accustic boarding  , but i havent got the tools to do it, 2 layers of accustic boarding should do it     cheers 

You would need a soundproofing expert to carry out this job and even when done correctly will only be 10 to 20% effective. It is nearly impossible to prevent sound travelling through walls, it also travels around the edges and over the top through even the tiniest gaps.

Sorry for raining on your parade but In my experience,  a waste of money.

it is possible to reduce the noise to a degree. Depends on the noise... banging - no / tv,voices - possible to a degree.

I have installed a metal frame - secured to the ceiling, not the wall and in between the inexpensive joints have installed the only thing you can really purchase in a diy or builders supply shop here; a foam sound barrier. like rockwool insulation sheets but for sound... then plaster board it up, skim the joints or plaster the whole thing and then finish with paint, wallpaper or whatever.. This was for typewriter sounds or people typing in an office next to a bedroom for a tourist license to rent that bedroom. Strict here in Valencia city.. Plus it was on the ground floor so super easy for the big sheets and metal frame to enter.. The builders yard was also right around the corner.... Everyone was happy in the end....

You can also double or triple the sound insulation but lose sqm...

Ask at the local bar or cafeteria for someone...
