Hiya thought I would post another positive experience for everyone.
I was given a Samsung tablet by Movistar. So I went to Getnet in Carrefour in La Marina shopping center and bought a protective cover and a Bluetooth headset.
Yesterday I realised the headset had just stopped working so took it back to return it. The girl informed me that the warranty was only for one month, which I never knew. However because it was only a week or so past the guarantee she swapped it without any issue, no complaining or questions just a straight up swap with an apology and friendly thank you.
