Some China shops have bayonet>screw adapters.
A better long term solution would be to change the holder on the lamp.
All China shops will have a range of those and then your choice of bulb becomes virtually endless!
If the lamp still has a UK plug you can take the opportunity to change that for a Spanish at the same time 😏
