Hi I have just been looking on the Tien 21 web site at fridge freezers can anyone tell me if Balay is a good make and if not what make do you recommend.

Balay is owned by BSH Home Appliances, largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and posted sales of 13 Billion Euro in 2018. Yes I’d say it’s a good brand.
More importantly for me though would be that the appliance had at least an A+++ rating to save money on electricity charges.
And that the fridge freezer was TOTAL FROST FREE.
No, not all are.

Plus, Tien21 staff and their after-sales service are usually excellent, which cannot be said for many places here in Spain.

Milar also offer price match and excellent after service, no quibbles full refund if not satisfied. They do supply more well known brands too. (Not a member of staff or get commission just had good, friendly service) GILLIAN

Balay is Spanish built Bosch. Have had no problem with this brand.
