International parcel stuck in customs

Hi All
Wonder if anyone can help. I had a letter from Correos saying there was a parcel in customs and it looks like I need to pay import duty although no amount on the letter. Does anyone know if I can go to the post office would they be able to deal with this for me as it is all in Spanish and don't have a clue and also could I pay the import duty at the post office. I've been on Correos site and all very confusing. Has anyone had this happen to them at all.
