Does anybody know why the water is being turned off morning and night in benijofer,and where can I find out ,when it is going to be turned off.

Water has become rare. Over 160 communities in Andalucia have no water at all. Blame the pool owners.

During our Spain trips we live in a gated community, we noticed the garden sprinklers were on far far more than they needed to be, given we were in one of the many many thousands of gated communities it does make you wonder how much water is being wasted.
Would also agree that pool owners use more than their "fair" share, maybe a case to made made for a pool tax, sure that will go down well.

They pay more for the water. The more they use, the costlier it gets.
Not sure that's the reason water is going off in Benijofar, though. Lots of building work going on which often disrupts the supply. If a planned outage by the water company it will be on their website but can't find anything with just a quick search.

And golfers, car washers, gardeners with ornamental gardens... We are all guilty in some way.

I agree, but quite obviously some are more guilty than others.
