You will miss most of the Spanish Christmas celebrations as they are centred around January 6th, 3 Kings day. The Spanish generally have their big family meal on Christmas Eve and then Christmas Day is church and a walk. Kids now get some presents on Dec 25th due to the influx of foreign TV but the main gift day and celebrations, parades etc are on Jan 6th.

There will be some things going on, mainly in the shopping malls and Brit areas but, even though it's changing, Jan 6th is the main time for all the things going on.

Rojales has a Christmas market each year at the beginning of December and Benijofar has held theirs about the 12th December.

I'm sure there will be other things going on due to the high number of Northern Europeans in Benijofar and Rojales but the Spanish celebrate different occasions.
