Hi we go to notery to sell our house on Monday we dont go back to England till the Tuesday. Does that mean we leave house on monday or can I wait till tuesday .

Hi Margaret,
Completion of the sale and transfer of ownership takes place when the notary signs the transfer deed, so the property will no longer be yours on Monday. You will also be expected to hand over all keys to the property during that meeting.
