Hi, I own a property in Benitachell old town. As I live abroad I need somebody local to manage the property, do the change overs and cleaning, somebody who will normally be around. Do you know anybody? Thanks a lot

I have no contacts in Benitachell but please ensure whoever you use is working legally as they may be checked and you can be fined for employing anyone who isn't working legally. Are you seeking a keyholder/cleaning business to look after guests while you handle the bookings or a letting agency to handle everything? I assume you already have a Tourist License on the property, if not you cannot let the property to the holiday market. There are alternative websites to airbnb that are worth considering, giving you more control over the rentals, and some take a lot less in fees too.
