Hi

We purchased our property last September 2019 but have not been there since January '20.  We need to do our non resident tax and have decided to use Angar Taxation on recommendation from this forum.  We are being asked for a copy of the SUMA bill but as we have not been able to get to Spain we do not have a copy.  Can anyone advise?  This is our first year of having to do this so any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Brenda

You could contact the Suma Office and they should be able to help.

Thank you, but I'm afraid don't speak Spanish.  I think I might be able to send statement of my direct debit I have been told.  Thanks for your reply.

Try contacting them as they may have English speaking staff, the local office we visited in Playa Flamenca certainly did.

If you bank with Sabadell you should have remittance slip showing next to the direct debit payment amount on your online statement. These slips are off documents which you can open by double clicking, then save as a odd document on your pc. You can then e-mail this to Angsr, as it will have your cadastral number and cadastral value

Our solicitors paid our first suma bill, so they had a copy.  We bought in June 2019.  It may be they have one if it was paid last year
