Hi
We are moving to Busot in Early March and are looking for a long term rental whilst we search for a house to buy. It will be my wife and I and our 9 year Labrador. Furnished would be ideal although not essential.

Did you secure a rental property? Have you bought yet? We have 3 bedroom villa with pool and v large garden. Might also consider selling

Where about is your house and do you have any pictures ?
Any idea on rental cost, and house value.
We are still on course to move out early Feb/ March and would be interested in seeing your house.
We are out again in August and will be visiting the area, look forward to hearing from you

Hi,
The property is in a residential are called Llanos Pastores, Busot, 03111. Its set in an area of 5 mins south of Busot center. With open views of hills. We normally only rent summer period, but for a long rent we would spread cost. You can find it on Owners Direct website ref 8088360. If we sell it would be in the region of €280,000 - €300.000. Rent would be €550 + water electric and internet. But all negotiable.
