I'm finding that reviews on Google Map listings are the most reliable guide, as long as you read the details and note how long ago they were written. Jouve and Sullys in Busot looks great, but maybe not 'typically Spanish'. What does that mean these days anyway?

For Spanish, there's Tono's or La Casa, both next to the town hall.
