Please note I am no longer running Tai Chi classes at the Sophia Wellness Centre, but I am still giving private classes at the las Ramblas Golf club and other various locations. I am also giving an outside group class at the Aqua Marina in Cabo Roig on Thursday mornings at 09:00 and I am still giving private classes at various locations.
I a interested. Do I have to be a member of Sophia?

Great! No you dont have to be a member of Sophia just let me know if you are coming a few days before so that i can be sure if the class size and prepare accordingly.
I am giving a demonstration of my classes at 12:00 on the 8th March if you want to know more

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your enquiry. Yes classes are still on, but we re meeting in the park next to the Sophia Wellness centre as they have been working on the aircons in the studios. On a Thursday. we are normally about 6 - 8 in number. Some are absolute beginners and others have varied experience. You are more than welcome to come along and join in.
