A reliable builder who pays his taxes, runs his own transport, has insurance and will ensure minor or major works licences are in place will not be cheap.
Plenty of Ryanair chancers if you are looking for cheap.

Garden furniture is expensive unless you want to be replacing it every couple of years. Siesta group get a lot of recommendations on the forum or you could try Leroy Merlin, JYSK, IKEA or look at local forums for second hand goods.
