Hello,

Can you recommend a good Spanish Phone application to learn Spanish or a website or a book?

Thanks

Ben

Have you tried Duolingo.  It's a very easy app.  We have been using it awhile now and find it very good.

Hi Ben,

Our Spanish Teacher suggested to us to watch a DVD that has Spanish Subtitles or English.  Perhaps a film that you know the story so that it will be a little easier.  I think this sounds quite a good idea.  So I'm off to buy a couple of films.  Also I have bought a childrens picture dictionary which I find really useful.

I agree with Ray's suggestion too re: You Tube.  I learnt to tell the time and the alphabet.

Hope this is helpful.

Once you have some basic knowledge then try watching the Spanish news programs on the tv. If you do it every day you will start to understand more and learn about Spanish culture at the same time. Good luck.
