Looking for a used computer monitor

Need a used computer monitor. Failing that what cabling do I need to convert a tv to a monitor?

If your TV has HDMI (most do) and your Laptop has HDMI your fixed, all you need is an HDMI cable.
Plus if the TV has wifi you can connecte but far easier with HDMI.

The tv does for sure. Will check if my laptop has? If not I would assume a USB adapter would do the trick yes?

Would not want to guarantee a USB/HDMI adapter would work but pretty sure your laptop will have HDMI, worst case scenario would be it may not be regular sized.
