I am thinking of selling my villa, 2 bed quad, and purchasing a larger detached villa the purchase of the next one is not dependent on the sale of the current one. My question is - apart from the the obvious purchase taxes - do I pay capital gains on the sale of my property? Thank you

Hi,
Am not sure what the percentage is, but I do believe you will pay tax on any profit made since buying you property
