We are looking for a more upmarket restaurant to celebrate New Years Eve 2019. We have looked at The Nautilus in Punta Prima but this does not have the best reviews. We live in Cabo Roig and would like something within a 10 mile radius of here

You could try Waldemars International in La Florida.
They have been in La Florida for many years, at floor level is their standard restaurant which is very popular, the food is good but recently they have opened a restaurant upstairs indoors which is beautifully done and the food is higher standard to the restaurant downstairs but maybe only a couple of euros more per dish.
You have to know that it is there as it can't be seen from the outside but basically you are looking for a castle turret sort of building, it is accessed via steps or elevator.
The pics in this link only show the downstairs outdoor restaurant but it does show the location.

Hi we go to the Chinese on the roundabout at La Zenia, Bienvenido, great food and drink, gifts, dancing and fireworks at midnight. You have to book, think it’s anout 40 euros each.

Rumours by Gatsby Gastronomia at Villamartin Plaza have nice menus and I’m trying it out for the Closing Party! Hoping they will do something nice for NYE :)
