I dont know your area but in the Torrevieja area, there is a (one) gluten free cafe.....https://www.instagram.com/coffeeandtoffee.es/
. but no gluten free restaurants. If you enquire at other restaurants you will probably find that they have one or two G/F choices on their normal menu, also most supermarkets have a choice of G/F foods available.
