The ridiculous and utterly unnecessary UKCE mark is dead, long live CE.
No doubt the ERG zealots will be incandescent with rage but with luck it might trigger a few strokes and heart attacks.
Wonder how much money was squandered on the misbegotten and idiotic idea?

Your silence speaks volumes.

More here if it helps you to compose a coherent response.

As I have time on my hands 😉…

Here we go again… with another ‘remoaning’ thread that will have dozens of responses, none of which negate the democratic decision.

It seems to me that Brexit caused as much pain and suffering to half the population as Covid did. Looking back at our departure from Europe it becomes clear that we, the general public had little or no information at hand to prepare us to vote. We were lambs to the slaughter BUT the EU set out to make it a difficult departure and a painful journey. Thus was clearly done to make sure that no other country would dare to do such a thing again. To that end, I believe they achieved their goal. I live in (NI) and between the Irish government advising and whispering guidance to the EU, we’ve been left in a vacuum. No government and no sign of one. We’re Piggy in the middle. Still English firms refusing to post goods to us. Lots more. We’ve just tried to get on with our lives and hope things get sorted out but it’s not happening.

All of you who are still angry about Brexit are allowing that anger to eat into you. Be wise and move on. There’s nothing any of us can do to change things. The deed is done. It’s over. Finished. Put it behind you and shrug your shoulders. Another chapter in history.
Ignore newspaper articles. The truth is, people don’t care anymore. People just want to get on with their lives and keep a roof over their heads. Money is being wasted everyday of the week in all walks of life. Somebody will have benefited!!

Brexit is over. Dead and gone. Finished. Finito. The end.
