do you know where to order sweetbreads / Lechecillas de montera?

Would suggest that you may be best going to an independent butcher, rather than the mainstream supermarkets. If necessary take the photo with you, but they are not something I have seen on display anywhere, thereagain, some things are kept in the large fridges for storage.
