We installed 12 panel system and 15.4kw battery (lithium) to run whole house and pool, was about 16-17k . Generator for back up maybe 15-20 hours use a year , I.e hardly ever. Ecosolarspain (Brett ) did ours , excellent installation. Ecosolarspain.com is link.
