Hello. We moved to Crevillente 3 weeks ago from Mallorca. We changed our Padron and our medical cards. BUT now we cannot access our medication on the new cards. The pac at Crevillente say that we need an informe from Mallorca. Mallorca say the protocol is that Crevillente need to request from Mallorca. ...anyone had this problem?? There are four of us anxiously trying to change cards successfully.

Hi. I moved from Palma to Santa Pola and had no trouble. Maybe ask for an apptment with a doctor, and they will then have to request your records from Mallorca. I don't know if you speak spanish, if you don't it's a good idea to go with a translator. Cheers, J
