Hi Everyone, my wife Jill and I have just purchased a holiday home in the lovely village of Daya Nueva, We are very much looking forward to spending quality time with our two daughters and our new grandchild, away from busy work schedules in the U.K.

Our flights from U.K. are all arriving late on Saturday nights, can anyone tell me are there any major supermarkets within a few miles of Daya Nueva which are open on a Sunday?

Hopefully I will post something less boring next time ha ha.

John

I am not sure what is available in Daya but there is a Coviran in Almoradi which is open on Sundays.

You would be able to get basics here until stores open on Monday.

The Carrefour at las habeneras in torrevieja might open Sundays worth a Google.

Just a little bit further on from Daya Vieja is los Palacios. In Avenida los Palacios (affectionately known as Disco Alley), there's a mini supermarket that's open tol late and on Sundays

Hi there

Just wondered how your getting on as we just looked at a lovely little place in Daya nueva and we would like to know if the area has enough to keep us busy? Just for myself and hubby and children and grandchildren to visit.

Hope it's worked out for you.

Enjoy your new home
