Flying back to Spain

I am resident in Spain have had both vaccinations and have my certificate will be flying back to Spain later this month Q what documents do I need

Hello
I'm flying back to Spain on Wednesday 7th July and I am resident.
You will need the Spanish locator form
Covid vaccination certificate (your second one). I printed both vaccine certificates.
They ask you to scan your certificate on the locator form but mine didn't work so I chose "other certificate" and put the details in myself and it worked.
I also have my TIE card with my passport and should not be stamped.
Keep checking because a lot of things change within a few weeks.
