Hi All
Looking to use local transport - is there a bus from Dehesa de Campoamor to Torrevieja, if so how regular and cost as I am assuming you will need correct change. Also is there a bus, or what buses do you need to get to La Zenia Boulevard and is there a local taxi company?

There is at least one bus service to Torrevieja that stops at Campoamor, but it's stupidly difficult to find a timetable! You could try asking the bus company http://costazul.net/contacto/
There is also a service from Cabo Roig to La Zenia Boulevard - it may also take in Campoamor beach - it's a minibus that runs every 90 minutes, and again it's difficult to find a timetable so try asking the above company. However, from memory, they leave the stop that's close to the Thursday market (and almost opposite the health centre) at 9am, 10.30, 12.00, 1.30, 3.30, 5.00 and 6.30. I'm not sure when the first or last bus of the day is. I think the fare is 1.50, flat rate.
For a taxi, search for "Orihuela Costa taxis"
Btw - there is also a bus from the Boulevard to Torrevieja, operated by the same company.
