Hi
Im hopefully flying back to Spain on the 14th August for 6 days. I understand the Pharmacia opposite La Fuente does the test I need for 48/72 hours prior to departure back to the UK. I am fully vaccinated. Do I need to complete a passenger locator form upon arrival into Spain and if so where do I get it. Same for my return flight please.

yes you need a locator form it is on the app SPTH spanish travel health or via

Hi Lindyloo,
You don´t say which UK country you´re returning to, but this page on Gov.UK includes links to each country. It also includes a link to the Passenger Locator Form and information about the Antigen Test you need to take before leaving Spain, and the Day 2 test that you need to pre-purchase, so that you can enter the purchase reference on the PSL.

Yes, I understand that, but which country: England, Scotland, Wales or N.Ireland? As I said, the link I've provided includes further links to the rules for each of the 4 UK countries.
