Hi,

If you go onto their website and booking.com you can see that they're still open. If you're still concerned contact the hotel directly and ignore the agent who says otherwise.

Thank you. I gave the hotel to the agent. She said its closed. And tried to push me towards another hotel  nowhere near where I wanted to be.  Thank you.

I don't know why they said it's closed because I've been on their website and booked in for the coming October and there is availability. Your agent probably gets commission from another hotel which is why they chose it. If your agent is lying about this what else are they not telling you. I'm not sure the reasons you have an agent ( for a viewing trip?)but you would be best to book the hotel yourself either direct or with booking.com.

Hope this helps a bit :-)
