solicitors for conveyancing

Hi
We are looking to buy pproperty in the Denia area, can anybody recommend a good solicitor for the conveyancing which they have used recently? Or likewise anybody we should avoid!

I just completed last week with a chap in Torrevieja. Excellent service start to finish and he charged 1900€ which included the NIE.

Hi there. I completed in November with an excellent solicitor in Altea. If you want his details let me know. It's closer than Torrevieja but you could really do with a recommendation a little closer. Steve

Maria is his assistant and speaks excellent English. If you call them please say Steve from Beniarbeig recommended you. I don't get commission but the goodwill is helpful.
There's also a Notario about 200 metres away I used - completely independent of the solicitors - they are called Salvador Vidal, at work today and don't have their contact details to hand.
There's no private parking but there is free on street parking at both although it's quite a busy area.

Sorry didn't realise Denia was so far away from me. Probably best just using the solicitor I used in Torrevieja as a reference point for cost. I got 3 quotes and they were wildly different 1000€ more. He came in at 1900€ all in. If you have no luck with anything closer message me and I will pass on details

Albir is still a 30 minute trek down the AP-7 so a recommendation for Denia itself might be better. See if anyone posts one!

Hi, Our Solicitor in Denia has two offices, one on the Marques de Campo and one just off the Marques de campo at the top end furthest away from the port.
