Ginger and White dog dead on CV 855 towards Dolores before roundabout sadly appears to have been hit by car

Alert! I was driving on Thursday and saw this poor dog already passed on the roadside heading towards Dolores on CV855 before roundabout right side of road. Due to children and dogs in car I couldn’t stop nor would I know where to take him/her. Looks well cared for and breaks my heart as someone may be looking for their beloved Pet. Corgi/papillon/terrier type dog with medium length fur. So terrible as whomever did this didn’t stop. Please pass the message around.
