Please can anyone make it clear to me the full rules and regulations of phase 1,starting tomorrow?
I.e. just as an example,time slots for walking and exercise incorporating visiting bars,cafes etc.
Don't have any clarity!

It would seem that the time slots are still in place for individual exercising and walking. There are however no time restrictions on when you can walk to a bar or cafe. Nor are there restrictions on what distance you can walk to a bar/cafe as long as it is within your health area.
