Hi,can any one help by clarifying what is and isn't possible between the two phases 1 and 2.

E.g. can we use community pools?

where can we travel too?

How many in a car and any other significant rules we may need to know.

My retired friend was out walking,no other people around and safely social distancing,no mask.

He was stopped and told to go home and get it,if not an imminent fine.

I understood, from reliable sources so long as you were 2 metres clear of any person it wasn't necessary to wear one.

I think the Guardia were just flexing their muscle.

Thanks to anyone who is clear on this subject

WRONG!!!!!

It says if you CAN'T social distance 2m then you will need to mask up when outside.

You need to update this fake news.

I believe you don't have to keep 2m unless down a market Benny or other place you cannot social distance so you are correct. Best to keep a mask in your back pocket in case you need to shop. The Guardia Civil will not come closer than 2m - if they do it's their fault but ntrust me they won't, even if you're masked. They are not suicidal,LOL.
