Replied to your other post but go to the mandarina café, or the park behind, lots of English speaking. Cafe opposite tram has lots of foreigners outside (the one on the corner opposite super cor supermarket. There is also a met up on Thursday evenings in the cafe by the park at roughly 8pm. Or join el campello expats ladies on Facebook. Regards

Do you know where the tram station is? You will see on the corner a solicitors office cristina Torres, walk down that short street, mandarin cafe is on the right. From sant batholome street ( beach street where the shops are), walk upwards away from the beach and you will reach the tram station, 5 mins away.
We can always arrange a meet up at the end of the week, as I have also met other people last week that have moved here recently. I am a young 52 year old moved here with my husband and boys last year. Could meet at a cafe by beach, can introduce you to a few friends.
Yes difficult at first but in a few months you will have lots of friends and a fab social life, regards

I agree it is difficult that’s a fact trying to meet people or having the confidence to go somewhere in your own and meet new people That would be great meeting you in a cafe on the sea front!
