We left our car at one of the long term car parks at Elche airport in August, going back next week but just wondering if anyone knows whether the carparks around the airport have been impacted by the floodings? thanks!

On another forum there are several posts stating various of these car parks have reported no flood damage.

I would suggest that you contact the company with whom you left your vehicle at Alicante airport.

We use Plane Parking and I did contact them after the Gota Fria and was reassured That they had no problems at their parking sites ( Alicante and Corvera) and we picked our car up as usual, without any problems, yesterday but it must get be worth you contacting your company for reassurance.

The pictures on tv showing lots of cars on top of each other and floating round were mainly of brand new cars in a dealership area, none had number plates attached.   Most of the damage appears to have been from the La Marina area and southwards.
