Urbanisations

Hi,
We are looking at buying a holiday home in el campello. Use for school holidays for the next few years then as a bolt hole in retirement (up to 6 months at a time )
We are currently in our late 40s with a grown up child and a young teen.
We would like to buy near to the sea, preferably be car free. So near services, restaurants bars and town. With access to the tram and bus service.
We are way past clubbing but would like a bit of life, meals out, live music, quiz nights etc.
What are the Urbanisations and gated communities of the area?
Which ones would you recommend ?
