Where to get tow bar fitted to car

Hi could anyone recommend a company to fit a tow bar to my car and supply necessary paperwork

Feu Vert in Carrefour car park in Torrevieja,, after it is fitted they give you the paperwork to take to the ITV station to have it checked and registered on the cars paperwork
Sorry just saw where you live ,a bit to far to travel, I'm sure there's a Feu Vert nearer to you.
