Hi All,
I keep spotting properties I am interested in on estate agent websites, only to be told that they have just been sold as soon as I enquire. Then Within a week or two they pop up on a different estate agent website at a higher price. This keeps happening..... any thoughts? Is it simply the sellers changing agents and being advised to put up price or something else ?
