Hi, have found an apartment we like and can put a good deposit down but will need to sell home in Uk to fund it. Are there such things as property chains in Spain and how long are you given to complete the sale.

You can usually set a date to agree with both partys usual 3 months thats what we agreed on and then we brought ours forward to complete sooner hope this helps
There are multiple ways to buy a property most of which can lead to a loss of a deposit if you fail to complete so it will pay to acquaint yourself with them before signing or even verbally agreeing to anything.
