Yes. It's usually down to one moron on the community to cause all the problems.

thanks well I think this complex was built in 2000...so I'm guessing all the rules are well-established...  and definitely don't want to create an problems... will try and see whether our equally useless lawyer can perhaps give us some information on the contact person for the Comunidad....

Yes from what I know about those nightmare meetings in Paris buildings...that's sadly the case (luckily we only rented in central Paris), but their management meetings are legendary... start at 8h30pm...and seem to go on forever!!.. There always seems to be some one person who has nothing else to do ..... or even in streets with individual houses, likes to complain etc...

By 1 moron, I meant someone else complaining because they don't like the way you have something. Usually someone who has nothing better to do.

Yep same here in France..... and then they hog the discussions at meetings.... Luckily on our street they stopped the 'street party' years ago... a oneupmanship battle between two different organisers......and it was SO much fun to be the only foreigners on the street.... certainly don't miss those days!! Luckily bad weather intervened and they stopped organising them... but there is always someone looking to complain about something...colour of your gate etc...

Your solicitor should be able to simple message you the contact details for the Administrator, who in turn should simply email the Rules to you!

In theory!
